A well-organized leadership training and development program training new academic leaders, providing continuing education for current academic leaders, and developing the pipeline of academic leaders.
Academic Leadership Workshop Series
Academic leaders are invited to attend the series with fellow leaders on topics relevant to leadership at OSU. All events will be held virtually via Zoom from 3:30-5 p.m. once per term during the academic year.
Communities of Practice
Groups of faculty with a common interest in a particular academic or higher education leadership issue who seek to share ideas, leverage connections and conversations and create innovative solutions.
Provost Fellows Program
Designed to complement our leadership training by providing focused leadership and administrative experience for tenured faculty members.
