The Office of Faculty Affairs is responsible for university-level programs to build and support an outstanding and diverse faculty; programs and initiatives to develop and support academic leaders; implementation of the university's strategic plan; leadership of international strategies and global engagement; and academic policies and procedures, faculty personnel matters and approvals, and faculty labor relations.
