Jane Waite

Jane Waite is an active change agent for equity in systems, agencies and institutions with a special interest in public education and youth. She has been serving the people of Oregon in various leadership roles and capacities for many years: as a public employee, a community member and as a private consultant. Currently, Jane serves as the Senior Associate for Social Justice Learning and Engagement at Oregon State University and is the Director of the OSU Social Justice Education Initiative in Faculty Affairs. A resident of Lane County, Jane previously served as the Equity and Diversity Specialist at Lane Education Service District, supporting educational equity for 50,000 students in 16 school districts.
